Before conceptualizing PayPulse, extensive market research and user feedback were gathered to identify the pain points associated with traditional banking and existing e-banking solutions. Key challenges identified included: 1. Accessibility: Many individuals, especially in underserved communities, face barriers to accessing traditional banking services. They require a more inclusive and user-friendly digital banking solution. 3. Building trust through robust security measures is essential.
Solution
Based on the identified challenges, the design goals for PayPulse were established as follows: 1. Simplicity: Develop an intuitive and user-friendly interface that simplifies the banking experience for users of all levels of technological proficiency. 2. Accessibility: Ensure that the app is accessible to a diverse range of users, including those with limited technological literacy and individuals from underserved communities. 3.
